Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits

Booking is not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.

Balance is due 7 working days prior to arrival.

Deposits can be paid by cheque, postal order, direct deposit  or Mastercard or Visa credit card.

If paying by cheque, bookings are not confirmed until the cheque is cleared.

2. Cancellations

If cancelling the deposit is held, unless the cottage(s) can be rebooked.

If re-booked, the deposit will be refunded, less a $30 administration charge.

If cancellation occurs within one month of check-in date, the full amount is due.

Deposit will only be refunded if more than 3 months notice given, of cancellation

3. Bond / Security Guarantee

Any damages must be paid for at cost.

A valid credit card can be used as the security guarantee against damages
